The People Growth Program creates a structured system where team members are regularly heard, career goals and development needs are discussed, and agreed actions are followed through. At Aktinos Consulting, we design a model tailored to your organization’s culture and needs, train selected team members to become Growth Coaches, and establish a sustainable system for structured one-to-one development conversations. The program includes system design, Growth Coach training, structured development conversations, follow-up mechanisms, and transforming common themes emerging from conversations into organizational insights. As a result, team development no longer depends on continuous external support but becomes an internal capability that the organization can sustain over time. The program is tailored to each organization’s unique needs and existing people and talent processes.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation or no-shows without prior notice (12 hours before) , 25% of the service fee will be charged.
